TPS offers the full range of EPCM (Engineering Procurement Construction Management) capabilities — from basic engineering contracts to the more complex EPC and EPCM services. We have the ability and expertise to manage your project — within your schedule and budget — regardless of which model you select. We also operate under several business contracts — we work with the stakeholders to determine which works best for each project: Fixed Price, Cost Plus or Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)

• Construct
  TPS is responsible for construction and startup, while the owner engineers, procures and operates the plant.
• E (Engineer)
  TPS is accountable for engineering/design and startup. The project owner is responsible for procurement, construction and operation.
• EP (Engineer/Procure)
  TPS is responsible for engineering/design, procuring the equipment and startup. The owner is responsible for construction and operation.
• Design/Bid/Build
  TPS is accountable for engineering/design, construction, startup and operations. The owner is accountable for procurement and acts as project manager.
• Design/Build
  TPS is responsible for plant performance and project success. TPS takes overall project responsibility. This is similar to the EPC process but TPS can provide a compressed delivery schedule.
• EPC (Engineer/Procure/Construct)
  TPS is responsible for the entire project and collaborates with the customer up front to define the scope and performance guarantees. TPS undertakes the design, engineering, procurement and construction.
• EPCM (Engineering/Procurement/Construction Management)
  With our EPCM services, TPS acts as the owner’s agent and is responsible for engineering and design, procurement support and construction management.
